REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At VoltexVault, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
🔄 Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
⏰ Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
📹 Unboxing Video Required
A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for any claim regarding:
- Wrong product
- Damaged item
- Missing item
- Manufacturing defect
Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized Jerseys
- Personalized Products
- Products with Name Printing
- Number Printing
- Special Logos or Custom Designs
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper care
💰 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only when:
- A replacement cannot be arranged.
- The ordered product is unavailable.
- We are unable to fulfill your order.
- A return request is approved after inspection.
Refunds are not provided simply due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection.
💳 Refund Process
Once your returned product has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damaged product).
👕 Size Exchange
Size exchanges are available only for non-customized jerseys, subject to stock availability.
Customers are advised to refer to our Size Guide before placing an order.
❌ Order Cancellation
Customized Orders
Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Standard Orders
Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 3 days with:
- Order Number
- Clear product photographs
- Packaging photographs
- Unboxing video
Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
