Customized products include jerseys or apparel with:

  • Custom Text
  • Special Designs

Since these items are made specifically for you:

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details before placing an order.

6. Payments

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways.

VoltexVault does not store your complete credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking credentials.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for the selected product.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only.

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
